相当数量的高职学生对应用文写作中存在困难,自我效能感是其中一个十分重要的动机性因素。它不仅影响了学生的目标定向、期望水平、归因方式、动机、兴趣、意志等非认知因素,还影响到学习策略的有效运用。本文从目标设置、归因方法、多元的评价等几个方面提出了相应的应用写作教学策略,能够帮助高职学生亲身体验到自己学习的进步,建立起稳定而有效的自我效能感。
A considerable number of vocational students have difficulty writing essay. Self-efficacy is one of the most important motivational factors. It not only affects the student’s goal orientation, expectation level, attribution style, motivation, interest, will and other non-cognitive factors, but also affects the effective use of learning strategies. This article puts forward the corresponding teaching tactics of application writing from several aspects, such as goal setting, attribution method and multiple evaluation. It can help higher vocational students to experience the progress of their study and establish a stable and effective sense of self-efficacy.
