东吴文化中心2#楼为采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构的超限多层建筑,由于结构分塔、连体情况复杂,楼板不连续,使得结构多项平面、立面不规则,造成结构超限。通过调整结构整体刚度、提高关键构件抗震性能目标,并进行抗震性能化设计和静力弹塑性分析以及适当的构造措施,解决了结构超限、大开洞、超长、大跨桁架等难题,使得结构满足抗震设防要求。
The 2 # building of Soochow Cultural Center is an overrun multi-storey building with reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure.
