通过对某钢管厂从德国引进的152.5BR圆孔型系统的主变形单机架轧制过程模拟,结果为:在圆周方向上管子的等效塑性应变分布不均匀,存在着一定的附加变形,在辊缝位置处的等效塑性应变最大;经减径后管子沿圆周方向的壁厚分布不均匀,在辊缝位置处的壁厚为最大值;经叠加后产生内六方趋势.实际生产轧制试验验证了有限元模拟结果的正确性.
Through the simulation of the main deformation single-stand rolling process of the 152.5BR circular hole system imported from Germany by a steel pipe factory, the results show that the equivalent plastic strain distribution of the pipe in the circumferential direction is uneven and there is some additional deformation, The equivalent plastic strain at the roll gap position is the largest; the thickness distribution of the pipe in the circumferential direction after the diameter reduction is not uniform, and the wall thickness at the roll gap is the maximum; The actual production of rolling test verified the correctness of the finite element simulation results.
