处分原则反映了民事诉讼的特点，使之明显区别于刑事诉讼和行政诉讼。要正确处理处分权与审判权的关系，完善民事诉讼法的处分原则。
Disciplinary principles reflect the characteristics of civil litigation, making it significantly different from criminal proceedings and administrative litigation. We should correctly handle the relationship between the right to dispose and the right to adjudication, and improve the principle of punishment in the Civil Procedure Law.
