目的探讨非接触性经颅直流电场刺激对大鼠脑组织中促细胞存活蛋白激酶Akt磷酸化水平的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分成对照组和非接触性经颅直流电场刺激组,采用不同电压参数刺激后通过免疫印迹法检测脑组织中Akt在Ser473位点的磷酸化水平(即代表Akt的激活水平)。结果中等强度电场刺激明显升高Akt磷酸化水平,并长时间维持(P<0.05)。结论非接触性经颅直流电场刺激可增强Akt激活化水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of non-contact transcranial DC field stimulation on Akt phosphorylation in rat brain. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into control group and non-contact transcranial DC field stimulation group. The phosphorylation level of Akt at Ser473 in brain tissue was detected by Western blotting under different voltage parameters (ie, the activation level of Akt ). Results The moderate-intensity electric field stimulation significantly increased the phosphorylation of Akt and maintained for a long time (P <0.05). Conclusion Non-contact transcranial DC stimulation can enhance the activation of Akt.
