增强抗挫折能力,是一个古老的话题。两千多年前,孟子就写过:“天将降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,劳其筋骨,饿其体肤……”这一名句之所以千古传诵,就是因为它提示了人才成长的规律,经受过大的挫折磨难的人才会大有作为。而今,在国家出台的《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》中,使学生不断正确认识自我,增强调控自我、承受挫折、适应环境的能力成为心理健康教育的具体目标之一。可见,挫折教育历久弥新。

Nowadays, in the Guidebook for Mental Health Education of Primary and Middle Schools promulgated by the state, it has become one of the specific goals for mental health education to enable students to correctly recognize themselves, enhance their ability to regulate themselves, withstand setbacks and adapt to the environment. Can be seen, setback education is everlasting.
