透明质酸(HA)作为关节及滑液的重要成份,在关节生理及病理改变中起着重要作用。骨关节病(OA)常伴有关节滑液中HA浓度及其分子重量的下降。以往研究表明HA关节内注射能起到减轻症状,缓解病情的作用。作者研究了TMJ重复注射透明质酸对羊TMJ OA模型的影响。 选用6只纯种雄性Merino绵羊,全麻下,采用下颌髁突表面剥脱及关节盘造孔,制成双侧骨关节病模型。然后分别在术后7,10,14,17,21d于左侧关节腔内注入1ml HA,右侧注入1ml生理盐水作为对照。分别于术后1个月及3个月处死动物。TMJ关节标本经脱
Hyaluronic acid (HA), as an important component of joints and synovial fluid, plays an important role in joint physiology and pathology. Osteoarthropathy (OA) is often associated with a decrease in HA concentration and its molecular weight in synovial fluid. Previous studies have shown that intra-articular injection of HA can play a role in alleviating the symptoms and relieving the disease. The authors studied the effect of TMJ repeated injections of hyaluronic acid on the TMJ OA model in sheep. Six purebred male Merino sheep were selected. Under general anesthesia, bilateral mandibular joint disease model was made by means of mandibular condyle surface ablation and perforation. Then 1ml HA was injected into the left articular cavity at 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th and 21st days after operation, and 1ml normal saline was injected into the right as control.
