针对煤矿现有台账式设备管理系统存在人为因素影响过大、设备存在欠维修或者过度维修、不能及时掌握所有设备状态的问题,提出了一种基于“互联网+”的煤矿设备动态管理系统设计方案。该系统方案在原有台账式设备管理系统的基础上,通过增加现有矿井设备动态运行信息的分析处理,实现对煤矿设备的动态管理;该系统采用“互联网+”的开放式架构,建立在矿山物联网平台上,通过在感知层增加相应的传感器获得设备的动态数据;采用组态软件InTouch实现设备数据的采集与处理,增强了系统的易用性。
Aiming at the problem that the existing management system of bill-type equipment in coal mine has the influence of human factors too much, the equipment is under-repaired or over-repaired, and the status of all equipment can not be grasped in time, a dynamic management of coal mine equipment based on “Internet +” System design. This system scheme realizes the dynamic management of the coal mine equipment by adding the existing mine equipment dynamic operation information analysis and processing based on the original account-led equipment management system. The system adopts the open architecture of “Internet +”, Based on the mine internet of things platform, the dynamic data of the device is obtained by adding corresponding sensors in the sensing layer. The configuration software InTouch is used to collect and process the device data, which enhances the system’s ease of use.
