利用X射线衍射及高分辨电子显微镜研究了Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5)大块金属玻璃在3 GPa,573K退火后的结构弛豫。超声研究、密度测量、显微硬度等物性分析以及抗压、滑动磨损等力学性能测试结果表明:与淬态大块非晶相比,驰豫态非晶声学参数发生明显变化,且力学性能得到改进。对压力诱发非晶结构弛豫而导致显微结构变化进行了探讨。
The structural relaxation of Zr 41 Ti 14 Cu 12.5 Ni 10 Be 22.5 bulk metallic glass after annealing at 3 GPa and 573 K was studied by X-ray diffraction and high-resolution electron microscopy.
