1981年,我公司在太钢峨口铁矿采用内井架工作吊盘、钢模倒模法施工内径9米,外径11米,高70米的3号排洪塔钢筋混凝土框架(图1)。该排洪塔座落在深谷之中,无路通达,运输极为困难。施工用料均由山口经1200米索道转运到现场。为了方便转运,我们采用了组装式钢管扣件井架。施工的主要情况如下: 1.结构形式钢管扣件井架的立杆、横杆、斜撑全部使用φ51×2.5毫米钢管,节点用玛钢扣件紧固,其主要结构如图1所示。工作吊盘通
In 1981, our company built a reinforced concrete frame No. 3 flooding tower with an inner diameter of 9 meters, an outer diameter of 11 meters, and a height of 70 meters at the Taigang Shankou iron mine using the inner derrick working plate and the steel mold reverse molding method (Fig. 1) . The flood discharge tower is located in the deep valley and there is no way to reach it. Transportation is extremely difficult. Construction materials are transported from Yamaguchi to the site via a 1200-meter ropeway. In order to facilitate transshipment, we have adopted an assembled steel pipe fastener derrick. The main conditions of construction are as follows: 1. Structural form The derrick poles, crossbars, and braces of steel pipe derricks all use φ51×2.5 mm steel pipes, and the joints are fastened with Masteel fasteners.
