目的:分析少见部位软组织黏液样纤维瘤(CMF)的CT及MRI表现,探讨CMF少见部位及其影像学特征。方法:回顾性分析7例经手术病理确诊的少见部位CMF影像学资料,7例均行CT检查,其中4例行MRI检查。结果:7例中,发生在长骨骨骺4例(胫骨近远端骨骺各1例,股骨近端骨骺1例,腓骨近端骨骺1例);扁骨2例;短骨1例。1 CT表现:膨胀性骨质破坏5例;偏心性骨质破坏4例;硬化边5例;粗细不均骨嵴或骨性间隔4例;7例均未见钙化或软组织肿块。2MRI表现:2例为T1WI低信号,2例为T1WI等信号,4例均表现为T2WI及T2WI抑脂高信号为主混杂信号。结论:CMF三种组织成分在CT和MRI上具有一定特征,可发生在长骨骨骺、扁骨、短骨等少见部位。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze CT and MRI findings of soft tissue myxoid fibroma (CMF) in rare sites and investigate the rare sites of CMF and its imaging features. Methods: Seven cases of rare CMF imaging data confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Seven cases underwent CT examination, of which 4 cases were examined by MRI. Results: Of the 7 cases, 4 cases occurred in the long bone epiphysis (1 in the proximal and distal epiphysis of the tibia, 1 in the proximal femoral epiphysis and 1 in the proximal fibular epiphysis), 2 in the flat bones and 1 in the short bones. 1 CT showed: Expansion of bone destruction in 5 cases; eccentric bone destruction in 4 cases; sclerosis in 5 cases; uneven thickness of bone ridge or bony septum in 4 cases; 7 cases were no calcification or soft tissue mass. 2MRI performance: 2 cases of T1WI low signal, 2 cases of T1WI and other signals, 4 cases showed T2WI and T2WI high fat suppression signal mainly mixed signal. Conclusion: The three kinds of tissue components of CMF have certain features on CT and MRI, which can occur in rare sites such as long bone epiphysis, oblate bone and short bones.
