以金胺O为荧光染色剂,纳米纤维素(NCC)为增强相,氢键为驱动力,层层自组装PVA/NCC-金胺O/PVA复合荧光膜。NCC的性能表征结果为NCC为纤维素Ⅰ型,结晶度为65.55%,平均尺寸为477.2nm,呈棒状。PVA/NCC-金胺O/PVA复合荧光膜的性能表征结果为PVA/NCC-金胺O/PVA复合荧光膜具有优良的拉伸强度,其拉伸强度较纯PVA膜相比,横向拉伸增加了66.8%,纵向拉伸增加了230.9%。PVA/NCC-金胺O/PVA复合荧光膜具有良好的荧光效应,且PVA/NCC-金胺O/PVA复合荧光膜的荧光发射波长为520nm。
Ammonium O as fluorescent stain, nano-cellulose (NCC) as reinforcing phase, hydrogen bonding as driving force, and layers of self-assembled PVA / NCC-Au amine O / PVA composite fluorescent film. The characterization results of NCC were cellulose type I with NCC, crystallinity of 65.55% and average size of 477.2 nm. The performance characterization of the PVA / NCC-Au amine O / PVA composite fluorescent film shows that the PVA / NCC-Au amine O / PVA composite fluorescent film has excellent tensile strength and the tensile strength of the PVA / NCC- An increase of 66.8%, longitudinal stretching increased by 230.9%. PVA / NCC-Au amine O / PVA composite fluorescent film has a good fluorescence effect, and the fluorescence emission wavelength of the PVA / NCC-Au amine O / PVA composite fluorescent film is 520 nm.
