小学生由于年龄方面的原因,在日常的学习生活中还未完全养成稳定的学习习惯。而小学班主任在进行教学管理的过程中不仅要保证教学质量,还要应对各类复杂的管理内容。在此过程中,班主任若能在语言方面进行一定的艺术加工,使其更加贴近学生心理,不仅能提高班级管理的有效性,更能促进师生之间的情感交流,使学生更好地融入学校生活,从而全面提高教学工作的有效性。因此,小学班主任在任职期间应不断加大对语言艺术的推敲及学习,以更好地完成新课改中提出的新要求。
