使Wistar孕鼠自由饮用亚硒酸钠水溶液,在其器官形成期时腹腔注射硫酸镍,以研究硒对镍致孕鼠胚胎毒性的影响。结果表明:各组间植入数差异无显著性;单独给镍组的活胎数及活胎率均低于对照组、镍加硒组及单独给硒组(P均小于0.05),而吸收数及吸收率均高于其它三组(P均小于0.05);单独给镍组胎仔重量、胎盘重量、完整子宫重量、胎仔身长、尾长均低于其它三组。提示:亚硒酸钠对硫酸镍所致的胚胎毒性具有一定的保护作用。
Wistar pregnant rats were allowed to drink aqueous sodium selenite solution freely. Intraperitoneal injection of nickel sulfate during organogenesis was performed to study the effect of selenium on embryotoxicity induced by nickel in pregnant mice. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the number of implants between groups. The numbers of live births and live fetuses in nickel group were lower than those in control group, nickel-selenium group and selenium-alone group (P <0.05) While the absorption number and absorption rate were higher than the other three groups (P <0.05). The weight of fetal litter, placenta weight, complete uterus weight, fetal length and tail length of nickel group were lower than the other three groups alone. Hint: Sodium selenite has certain protective effect on embryotoxicity caused by nickel sulfate.
