目的:研究几种中间丝及抑癌基因突变蛋白在颅内生殖细胞来源肿瘤中的表达及其病理意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测40例颅内生殖细胞肿瘤中keratins、vimentin及p53蛋白的表达情况。结果:keratins在畸胎瘤、绒毛膜上皮癌中高表达;vimentin在畸胎瘤、卵黄囊瘤、精原细胞瘤中高表达;p53蛋白在恶性畸胎瘤和精原细胞瘤中阳性率较高。结论:keratins表达提示颅内生殖细胞肿瘤存在上皮性分化;畸胎瘤中vimentin、keratins阳性表达示其具有全能性分化的特点。p53蛋白表达和肿瘤分化程度呈负相关,说明p53蛋白与肿瘤恶性转化、发展密切相关
Objective: To study the expression and pathological significance of several intermediate silkworm and tumor suppressor gene muteins in intracranial germ cell-derived tumors. Methods: The expression of keratin, vimentin and p53 in 40 cases of intracranial germ cell tumors was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of keratins in teratoma and choriocarcinoma was high. Vimentin was highly expressed in teratoma, yolk sac tumor and seminoma. The positive rate of p53 protein in malignant teratoma and seminoma was higher. Conclusion: The expression of keratins suggests epithelial differentiation of intracranial germ cell tumors. The positive expression of vimentin and keratins in teratoma shows that it is characterized by pluripotentiality. The expression of p53 protein was negatively correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation, indicating that p53 protein is closely related to the malignant transformation and development of the tumor
