目的:银桑菊固体饮料的质量标准,建立其HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法对10批银桑菊固体饮料样品进行分析,以Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长268 nm,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温35℃,进样量10μL;利用国家药典委员会“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2.0版)标定共有峰和相似度评价。结果:建立了银桑菊固体饮料的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了20个共有峰,10批样品的相似度均>0.9,并指认了3个峰分别为绿原酸、甘草苷、木犀草苷。结论:该法操作简便可靠,所建立的HPLC指纹图谱重复性良好,可用于银桑菊固体饮料的质量评价。
Objective: The quality standard of Yin-Sang Ju solid beverage was established and its HPLC fingerprint was established. Methods: Ten batches of Liquidambar formosana drink were analyzed by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 268 The flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1, the column temperature was 35 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μL. The common peak and the similarity were evaluated by National Commission of Pharmacopoeia (TCM), “Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprinting similarity evaluation system” (version 2.0). Results: The HPLC fingerprinting of the solid beverage of Yin-Sang Ju was established, and 20 common peaks were calibrated. The similarity of the 10 batches of samples was> 0.9, and the three peaks were identified as chlorogenic acid, liquiritin and luteolin. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable. The established HPLC fingerprinting has good reproducibility and can be used to evaluate the quality of Yinhuangju solid beverage.
