本文通过对车用增压中冷柴油机中冷器设计要求的分析,提出了比传统的设计方法更为完善的中冷器优化设计方法:将设计问题构造成数学模型,采用优化计算方法,在电子计算机上进行中冷器设计。这样可以在满足中冷器设计要求的前提下,得到最小体积的最佳设计方案。本文以一台车用增压中冷柴油机的铝板翅式水-空中冷器为例,在PRIM250计算机上,利用CMIN16租序中的罚函数法进行计算,并把计算结果与原设计进行对比,证明优化设计方法要比传统设计方法的设计结果优越很多,而且花费的计算时间少。
