处方:桂枝30克,防风20克,白芷12克,川芎12克,川乌12克,川椒15克,苍术15克,吴茱萸10克。用法:上药加水1000～2000毫升,沸后再煮15～30分钟。用时乘温浸洗患处10～20分钟,每日2次。每剂可连用2天。疗效:治疗Ⅰ°和Ⅱ°冻疮62例,痊愈58例,好转4例。一般用药1～2剂即愈,最多5剂。对Ⅲ°冻疮疗效较差。病例:许某,女,45岁,1984年1月5日就诊。两手背肿痒已1月余。手背皮肤紫红肿胀,多处形成蚕豆至硬币大的青紫淤斑和硬结;左手背第四指掌关节处皮肤溃破(1×1.5厘米),未化脓;自觉双手冷麻,灼痛,瘙痒,
