近年来,按照全总统一部署,黑龙江省总工会把建设“职工书屋”与开展“创建学习型组织、争做知识型职工”活动结合起来,贴近职工,合理布局,共建设“职工书屋”示范点105个、自建点1294个,全省各级工会累计投入资金1亿多元,藏书总量909万册。但是,受经济发展状况的影响,发展不平衡的现象较为突出。
