北京日用化学二厂是我国洗涤剂工业的重点厂家,其生产规模、产品质量、经济效益均列国内一流水平。当前面对市场的挑战,采用先进的电子技术提高产品质量、降低损耗、节约能源、减轻劳动强度、改善工作环境是我们的重要任务。我厂在中科院科日达公司帮助下将变频调速装置安装在一台28kW 的深井潜水泵上,对另外两台深井潜水泵实行自动控制,设计了中心泵房信号监测站,水网压力恒定在0.3MPa。使用变频调速设备以后,抽取地下水电耗由原来的0.38kWh/m~3降为0.21kWh/m~3,节电率达44.7%。我厂每年需要抽取90万 m~3水量。全年节电量可达15.3万 kWh,同时取消80kw
