近些年来,随着新课程改革广泛而深入的实施,培养学生自主学习和创新实践能力被提升到了一个新高度。这无疑对中学地理教学提出了新的更高要求,而有效的地理课堂教学方法正是顺利开展地理教学任务和实现地理教学目的的有力保证,也是广大中学地理教师都非常关注和必须认真思考的问题,更是教师们共同追求的最终目标。但是就目前的教学情况来看,有效的地理课堂教学仍然是只闻其声不见其人,导致课堂效率偏低,教学结果不佳,即便是采用了有效教学的一些理念与方法,却仍旧貌合神离。从有效教学理论的角度并针对目前地理教学中所反映的突出问题,再结合自己的教学经验来探讨地理课堂实现有效教学的途径和应注意的几个方面。
