在已有钢筋销栓作用承载力计算模型的基础上,该文提出了考虑混凝土损伤效应的承载力计算模型,进行了11个试件的直接剪切实验,研究钢筋直径、混凝土抗压强度和保护层厚度对销栓作用承载性能的影响。基于实验和数值分析结果,率定混凝土局部受压损伤效应所造成的承载性能衰减并对常用模型进行修正。通过对不同保护层厚度试件的数值模拟,率定出破坏形态转化的关键影响因子,并在计算模型中加以考虑。将直接剪切实验和文献实验的结果与修正后的模型计算结果进行对比发现:该文提出的考虑损伤效应的计算模型可以准确地预测不同破坏模式下钢筋销栓作用的承载性能。
Based on the existing calculation model of the bearing capacity of rebar pin, this paper presents a bearing capacity calculation model considering the damage effect of concrete. The direct shear test of 11 specimens is carried out to study the influence of the rebar diameter, concrete compressive strength and Effect of Protective Layer Thickness on Bearing Function. Based on the experimental and numerical results, the bearing capacity degradation caused by the local compression damage effect of concrete is determined and the common model is modified. Based on the numerical simulation of specimens with different thickness of protective layer, the key influencing factors of morphological transformation are determined and taken into account in the calculation model. The results of direct shear test and literature experiment are compared with those of the modified model. The calculation model considering the damage effect proposed in this paper can accurately predict the bearing capacity of steel bar bolt under different failure modes.
