目的:建立测定蒺参胶囊中人参皂苷Re,Rg1含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Novapark C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);柱温35℃,乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(20:80)为流动相;流速1mL·min-1,检测波长203nm;进样量10μL。结果:人参皂苷Re进样量在1.92~7.68μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系r=0.9997;人参皂苷Rg1进样量在1.12~5.60μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系r=0.9998。平均回收率97.63%,RSD2.17%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于控制蒺参胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Re and Rg1 in ginseng capsule. Methods: The column was Novapark C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) with column temperature of 35 ℃ and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (20:80) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1mL · min- 1, detection wavelength 203nm; injection volume 10μL. Results: Ginsenoside Re injection volume of 1.92 ~ 7.68μg and peak area showed a good linear relationship r = 0.9997; ginsenoside Rg1 injection volume in the range of 1.12 ~ 5.60μg and peak area showed a good linear relationship r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 97.63% and RSD was 2.17% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used to control the quality of ginseng capsule.
