目的:分析其肿瘤细胞生物学特征的影响,以供借鉴。方法:选择人宫颈瘤细胞株Hela,人卵巢癌细胞株SK-OV-3,人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721,人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901,人白血病细胞株K52,正常小鼠成纤维细胞株NIH3T3,进行OVA66干扰、转染对细胞体外增殖以及侵袭能力检测。结果:第5日,不同恶性肿瘤细胞株接受OVA66稳定干扰后,细胞株体外增殖水平低于对照组,稳定转染后高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体外侵袭能力检测得出类似的结论,OVA66稳定转染后恶性肿瘤细胞株体外侵袭能力明显增强。结论:肿瘤抗原基因OVA66在肿瘤起到促进增殖、侵袭作用。
Objective: To analyze the biological characteristics of tumor cells for reference. Methods: Human cervical cancer cell line Hela, human ovarian cancer cell line SK-OV-3, human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721, human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, human leukemia cell line K52, normal mouse fibroblast cell line NIH3T3, OVA66 interference, transfected cells in vitro proliferation and invasiveness detection. Results: On the 5th day, the proliferation of different malignant tumor cell lines was lower than that of the control group after stable interference with OVA66, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In vitro invasive ability Similar results were found in the detection of OVA66 stable transfection of malignant tumor cell lines in vitro invasive ability was significantly enhanced. Conclusion: The tumor antigen gene OVA66 plays a role in tumor proliferation and invasion.
