财政部近日下达了2010年文化产业发展专项资金,其中1000万元下达给宁夏黄河出版传媒集团有限公司,用于支持数字出版网络传媒系统及应用平台建设。为了更好地支持文化产业发展,促进社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,中央财政专门设立了文化产业发展专项资金。在自治区财政厅的指导下,自治区新闻出版局加强了对争取产业项目的组织领导,积极开展调研论证,科学设计项目,力争在发展中获得中央财政更大的支持。
The Ministry of Finance recently issued a special fund for the development of the cultural industry in 2010, of which 10 million yuan was allocated to Ningxia Huanghe Publishing and Media Group Co., Ltd. to support the construction of digital publishing network media system and application platform. In order to better support the development of the cultural industry and promote the great development and prosperity of the socialist culture, the central government has set up a special fund for the development of the cultural industry. Under the guidance of the Department of Finance under the autonomous region, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Press and Publication Bureau has stepped up its organization and leadership over industrial projects, actively conducted research and demonstration projects, and scientifically designed projects in an effort to gain greater support from the central government in its development.
