一概述用70Mn2浇注单件净重为5500kg(单件毛重为7600kg)的轧辊八根,脱模后均在冒口端辊颈段上砂箱与泥型结合面位置出现粘砂鼓脖。经切削加工到成品尺寸后仍在辊颈上不同程度地存在夹渣、砂眼、疏松等缺陷。这些缺陷多数出现在冒口端的辊颈上。其中一根辊子在加工至靠冒口端辊颈时发生弯曲变形,仔细观察,发现辊颈上有断续周向裂纹而不得不停止加工。吊放在地上用鎯头打几锤即横向断裂,见图1。八根轧辊因上述缺陷的存在而全部报废,造成巨额经济损失,于是决定从分析这只轧辊入手,寻找轧辊早期失效原因。

One of the rollers was bent and deformed when it was machined to the roll neck of the riser. Careful observation revealed that there was a discontinuous circumferential crack on the roll neck and had to be stopped. Hanging on the ground with a few hammer hanging head that is transverse fracture, shown in Figure 1. Eight rolls due to the existence of the above defects all scrapped, resulting in huge economic losses, so decided to start from the analysis of this roll to find the cause of the early failure of the roll.
