作者利用系统工程方法对成都地区44家工厂铸铁车间湿型砂情况进行了研究分析。检测了型砂的十项性能,并用计算机做了数据处理,结合铸件的废品情况,进行了铸件质量与型砂性能关系的综合分析。指出:该地区铸件废品中三分之二是气孔、砂眼和垮砂缺陷,其症结在于型砂的含泥量过高,其次是水分控制偏高。文中还提出了该地区型砂适宜性能的十项参考指标。
The author makes use of the systematic engineering method to carry on the research to the wet sand condition in 44 factories cast iron workshop in Chengdu area. Ten properties of molding sand were tested, and the data was processed by computer. According to the situation of scrap, the relationship between casting quality and molding sand performance was comprehensively analyzed. It is pointed out that two thirds of the castings in the area are stomatal, trachoma and sanding defects. The crux of the problem is that the clay content in the sand is too high, followed by the high water control. The paper also put forward the ten reference indexes of suitability of sand in this area.
