本文认为．改革开放以来，我国对社会保障制度进行了较大的改革，尤其在养老、医疗、失业保险方面力度较大，但从整体看还存在着社会化程度低、复盖面狭窄、内容单一、基金使用不规范等问题，因此，应通过以下几条路径加快改革进程：（１）根据不同保障对象，确定不同保障模式；（２）适当增加个人责任，提高社会化程度；（３）逐步实现规范化、法制化管理；（４）积极扩大复盖范围；（５）搞好保障基金运营；（６）发展社会保障事业。 This paper argues that.
