新学年开始,小班幼儿入园总会出现情绪波动现象。为了帮助幼儿尽快稳定情绪,使他们在幼儿园里健康成长,我园采取了下列一些做法,取得可喜的成效。一、提前召开家长会。为了让家长及早做好幼儿入园准备工作,我们在新学期开始前就召开小班幼儿家长会,由园长详细向家长介绍办园目标,幼儿学习、生活的内容以及每日生活的安排,特别提出孩子入园后将会出现的问题,以取得家长的积极配合。会上,还请每位家长填写一份详细的表格,介绍自己孩子的基本情况,使教师对自己班的小朋友有初步了解。二、通过家访与即将入园幼儿交朋友。教师已从家长填写的表格上认识了本班的幼儿,然后逐户进行家访,并详细地作好家访记录,进一步了解每个幼儿的特性、爱好与身体健康情况,与孩子交谈,取得他们的好感与信任。家访中,教师还发给幼儿一个自制
