本文提出了一个现实可行的用现浇结点和后张预应力束拼装的装配整体式屋盖结构体系,适用于柱网为12×(12~24)米的单层工业厂房。屋盖由部分预应力混凝土槽板(12×1.5米)、屋面大梁和屋面边框三种基本预制构件组成。沿屋面板、边框构件的各纵横向缝的空隙间设置通长的后张束(有粘结和无粘结)和非预应力负弯矩普通钢筋,通过板缝现浇混凝土和预加应力将板梁连成一体,构成板、梁的连续性和屋盖的整体性。 为实现本方案而进行的各项研究工作,包括构件的结构性能试验以及试点建筑的设计和施工实践,文中都作了简要论述。
This paper proposes a practical and feasible assembly-type roof structure system assembled with cast-in-place joints and post-tensioned prestressed beams. It is suitable for single-layer industrial buildings with a column size of 12×(12-24) meters. The roof consists of three prefabricated concrete slabs (12×1.5m), roof girders and roof frames. A long post-tensioned beam (bonded and non-bonded) and non-prestressed negative bending moment normal steel bars are placed between the gaps of the longitudinal and transverse seams of the roof plate and the frame member, and the cast-in-place concrete and prestressing are passed through the plates. The slab beams are joined together to form the continuity of the slabs, beams and the integrity of the roof. The research work carried out to achieve this program, including the structural performance tests of components and the design and construction practices of pilot buildings, are briefly discussed in the paper.
