“松鹤展翅”为一件食品整雕作品,通体选用南瓜作原料,采用“写实”加“写意”的手法雕刻而成.松,四季长青不枯;鹤,步态舒缓,性情温和,有着超凡的寿命、所以人们常常借松鹤来传情增谊.现将此食雕的用料及制作简述如下:原料:自然弯曲的南瓜一个半(瓜的大小及形状也可根据自己的构思进行选料),胡萝卜1个,小鱼眼珠4颗(用花椒籽亦可),松树枝适量.制作:1.整南瓜洗净刮去外皮,将空心的一头即南瓜的尾部(见图解)斜切去一块,使南瓜立起不倒,然后便开始整体布局.要求:鹤的比例协调,颈部弯曲自然大方,一只鹤展翅凌空,并回头细语,另一只鹤则展翅欲飞.2.布局完毕,先打出整体“毛坯”,然后再细刻,从上至下依次刻出鹤头——鹤颈——鹤身及双腿.并依次刻出鹤颈部
