目的:建立高效液相色谱同时测定牛黄消炎灵胶囊中栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱和黄芩苷3种药效成分含量的方法。方法:采用固定相为Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.8~1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,双波长紫外检测。结果:栀子苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷的进样量分别在0.020 4~0.408μg(r=0.999 7),0.041 2~0.412μg(r=0.999 8),0.060 8~0.608μg(r=0.999 9)与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.12%,99.92%,99.32%,RSD分别为1.77%,1.24%,1.63%。结论:方法操作简便,准确度高,重复性好,专属性强,可用于牛黄消炎灵胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of geniposide, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin in bezoar anti-inflammatory capsule. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8-1.0 mL · min- ℃, dual wavelength UV detection. Results: The injection rates of jasminoidin, berberine hydrochloride and baicalin were respectively 0.020 4 ~ 0.408μg (r = 0.999 7), 0.041 2 ~ 0.412μg (r = 0.999 8), 0.060 8 ~ 0.608μg = 0.999 9) showed a good linear relationship with the integral of peak area. The average recoveries were 99.12%, 99.92% and 99.32%, respectively, and the RSDs were 1.77%, 1.24% and 1.63% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and specific. It can be used for the quality control of bezoar anti-inflammatory capsule.
