肖×男27岁自幼双眼视物不清,否认眼外伤及手术史。周身发育正常,心肺无异常。右眼无光感,结膜和角膜正常。前房深,虹膜震颤,瞳孔3mm,无对光反应。散瞳后用裂隙灯显微镜检查未见晶体及囊膜。玻璃体轻度浑浊。用+6D 可看清眼底,视乳头苍白,边界清楚,鼻上、下各有一枝血管从边缘走出,眼底呈豹纹状。左眼光感,晶体呈棕褐色浑浊,周边部皮质透明。眼压正常。先天性无晶状体分原发和继发两种。原
