笔者自从退休后,习练健身术已有10多个年头了,并取得可喜的治病健身效果。但现在年岁已大,外出公园晨练已觉不便,只在家中做些力所能及的健身运动而已,如起坐运动等。但习练华佗五禽戏等健身术以来,治愈困扰笔者二三十年的头痛痼疾,感受深刻。现谈谈练习时调息的点滴体会,与大家共勉。
Since I retired, I have been practicing fitness for more than 10 years and have achieved gratifying healing and fitness effects. However, nowadays, I have been experiencing great difficulty in going out for morning exercise in the park and only do some exercise at my own pace in the home, such as sitting exercise. However, since the practice of Hua Tuo Wu Qin Xi and other fitness techniques, the cure has plagued the author twenty or thirty years of headache, chronic illness, feel profound. Now talk about the practice of adjusting interest rates bit by bit experience, and encourage each other.
