赵某,末次月经1986年5月19日,曾于1986年11月9日在他院引产一死婴。1986年12月27日突感下腹剧痛,晕厥,2小时后自行缓解,此后常出现下腹剧痛均能自行缓解。1987年1月23日又因下腹剧痛,晕厥入院。体检:TPR及BP正常,左下腹压痛、反跳痛明显,宫颈举痛明显,子宫稍大,其左上方可触及一包块,边界不清,压痛明显。 B型超声提示:子宫稍大,子宫左上方部分实性囊性包块。剖腹探查术中见,右侧附件正常,左侧输卵管明显增粗,与左侧卵巢被褐色坏死组
