模拟法庭是在特定场所再现真实法庭场景并对法庭审理过程进行模拟。学生在教师指导下,经过诉讼的每一环节,解决案件审理中的具体问题,从而使学生了解和掌握处理案件的方法和技巧。目前,我国模拟法庭的教学体系尚不健全,教材建设相对滞后,教学目标缺乏针对性。本文针对我国模拟法庭教学存在的主要问题,建议对法学院校的课程设置进行改革,将模拟法庭进行独立课程设置,并对模拟法庭的教材建设、教学目标的改革等提出有益的建议和意见,以期充分发挥模拟法庭在法学实践教育中的功能和作用。

Under the guidance of the teachers, the students solve the specific problems in the trial of the case after every step of the litigation, so that the students can understand and master the methods and techniques for handling cases. At present, the teaching system of moot court in our country is still not perfect, the construction of teaching materials lags behind, and the teaching target lacks pertinence. In this paper, aiming at the main problems in moot court teaching in our country, it is suggested to reform the curriculums in law schools, to set up mock courts for independent courses, and to put forward useful suggestions and suggestions on the construction of moot court materials and teaching objectives, With a view to giving full play to the function and role of moot court in legal practice education.
