以含有活性氧化镁和碳酸钙的轻烧白云石、粉煤灰作为硅酸盐水泥的掺和料。研究了相同掺量粉煤灰、轻烧白云石及粉煤灰与轻烧白云石复掺时胶凝材料力学性能的变化规律。结合水化热、XRD、FSEM等测试手段对不同体系胶凝材料的水化过程、组成及微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,粉煤灰与轻烧白云石复掺时,胶凝材料具有优于单掺时的力学性能。当轻烧白云石掺量为10%,粉煤灰掺量为30%时,胶凝材料在90 d的抗压强度可以达到51.0 MPa,为粉煤灰和轻烧白云石单掺40%时胶凝材料抗压强度的123.2%和151.8%。
Light burned dolomite containing activated magnesia and calcium carbonate and fly ash are used as admixtures for Portland cement. The mechanical properties of cementitious materials with the same dosage of fly ash, light-burned dolomite and fly ash and light-burned dolomite were studied. Combined with hydration heat, XRD, FSEM and other test methods, the hydration process, composition and microstructure of the cementitious materials of different systems were characterized. The results show that when fly ash and light burned dolomite are mixed, the cementitious material has better mechanical properties than single-doped dolomite. When the content of light burned dolomite is 10% and the content of fly ash is 30%, the compressive strength of cementitious material can reach 51.0 MPa at 90 d, and the compressive strength of fly ash and light burned dolomite at 40% Cementitious materials compressive strength of 123.2% and 151.8%.
