利用光镜、免疫组织化学方法,并利用PCVISION85PLUS计算机对脾切片进行图像分析,探讨缺碘、补碘及长期缺碘原代鼠脾的形态学变化。结果观察到由于碘影响甲状腺激素水平进而影响脾的结构与功能。根据边缘区的结果.低碘引起免疫能力下降,补碘后免疫能力增强,长期缺碘有可能引起自身的免疫作用。
The spleen sections were analyzed by light microscopy, immunohistochemistry and PCVISION85PLUS computer to investigate the morphological changes of spleen in iodine deficiency, iodine deficiency and chronic iodine deficiency primary rats.
