孔子曰:“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。”这启示我们要在学习中不断思考、反省,在反思中更好地学习、提高。面对激烈的高考竞争,要取得理想的成绩,离不开经常性的反思。人的全面发展和健康成长也离不开反思。波斯纳认为,教师的成长=经验+反思。其实,学生的成长同样需要反思。反思是人对自己的行为以及由此产生的后果进行审视和分析的过程,是一种理解与实践之间的对话。包括引起思维怀疑,寻找、搜索和探索活动,求得解决疑难、处理困难的办法。
