为贯彻执行《中华人民共和国药品管理法》,本文对基层中医院药剂科药检室之建立提出了看法。笔者认为:(1)药检室的检验员应由中级以上药学技术人员担任。(2)对各类中药调配制剂应按剂型分类进行质量检查。(3)药品质量检查以一般常规检查为主。(4)药检室之房间应按不同检测项目分间安置仪器。基层中医院,即区县级以下的中医院,其制剂室以调配中药制剂为主,满足本院临床用药的需要,同时也是对中成药品种不足
In order to implement the “People’s Republic of China Drug Administration Law,” this article puts forward the views on the establishment of the Pharmacy Department’s drug testing room at the primary hospital. The author believes that: (1) Inspectors in drug testing rooms should be staffed by pharmaceutical technicians of intermediate or higher level. (2) For all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, quality inspection should be conducted according to the dosage form. (3) The quality inspection of drugs is based on general routine inspections. (4) The room of the drug testing room should be divided and placed according to different test items. The Chinese medicine hospital at the grassroots level, that is, the Chinese medicine hospital below the county level, whose preparation room is mainly formulated with traditional Chinese medicine preparations, meets the needs of the hospital for clinical use of drugs, and is also insufficient for proprietary Chinese medicines.
