以蒎烯为原料,采用全循环法固定床加氢连续自动化控制生产工艺和镍系列改性催化剂A,催化加氢制备萜类香料合成中间体-蒎烷。考察催化剂性能、反应温度、反应压力和反应时间等条件对加氢催化反应的影响,通过四元二次回归通用旋转组合试验优化工艺参数。用最佳组合参数验证试验,当加氢压力8.0MPa,加氢温度70℃,加氢时间4h时,蒎烯的转化率大于99.4%,产物顺式蒎烷的选择性大于99.0%,
Using pinene as raw material, continuous circulation automatic controlled bed hydrogenation process and nickel series modified catalyst A were adopted by full circulation method, and pinane was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation. The effect of catalyst performance, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on the hydrogenation reaction was investigated. The process parameters were optimized by quadratic quadratic regression general rotation combination test. The optimum combination of parameters validation test showed that when the hydrogenation pressure is 8.0MPa, the hydrogenation temperature is 70 ℃ and the hydrogenation time is 4h, the conversion rate of pinene is more than 99.4% and the selectivity to cis-pinane is more than 99.0%
