目的观察16Hz、90dB次声连续作用后大鼠下丘脑内钙离子的分布变化规律。方法用16Hz、90dB次声连续作用1、7、14、21d,每天1次,2h/次,分别于作用后0.5、12h观察大鼠下丘脑内钙离子的分布。结果空白组、对照组下丘脑神经细胞结构正常,钙离子呈规则的圆形黑色小颗粒,边缘整齐,主要分布于神经细胞核、线粒体、内质网、神经细胞和胶质细胞的突起中。次声组下丘脑神经细胞的超微结构都有损伤改变并伴随钙离子颗粒减少。结论次声可损伤大鼠下丘脑内神经细胞,损伤程度和次声作用参数及机体代偿作用有关。
Objective To observe the changes of calcium ion distribution in the hypothalamus after continuous infrasound of 16Hz and 90dB. Methods The rats were subjected to infrasound with 16Hz and 90dB infrasound for 1, 7, 14 and 21 days, once a day for 2 hours. The distribution of calcium in the hypothalamus was observed at 0.5 and 12 hours after the treatment. Results The structure of hypothalamic neurons in the blank group and the control group were normal. The calcium ions were regular round black small particles with regular edges. They were mainly distributed in the nuclei of neurons, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, neurons and glial cells. The infrasound hypothalamic neuronal ultrastructural changes are accompanied by injury and accompanied by reduced calcium particles. Conclusion Infrasound can damage the hypothalamic neurons in rats, the degree of infiltration and the infrasound parameters and the role of compensatory mechanism.
