缺乏合适的师资,是职业培训中遇到的问题之一。要解决这个问题,不外乎两种方法:一是兴办职业师范教育,由学校提供“科班出身”的教师;二是职业培训部门自己想办法培养“半道出家”的教师。单靠高等职业师范院校提供教师,是远远满足不了全国各地多样化培训的需要的。首先,我国这类院校数量不多,每年的毕业生有限。其次,这类院校只能为其毕业生奠定从教的基础,其专业设置不可能详细到考虑各行各业具体的培训需要。这些院校的毕业生要成为真正合格的职业培训教师,不论在工作技能还是在专业知识方面,都要结合所在培训单位的具体情
The lack of suitable teachers is one of the problems encountered in vocational training. To solve this problem, nothing more than two ways: First, the establishment of vocational education, by the school to provide “science class” teacher; second vocational training department to find ways to cultivate “half a monk ” teacher.
