铁道建筑研究设计院原为铁道兵科研院,成立于1958年。建院36年来,通过多种途径,引进培养了近千名各类高中级专业人才。特别是改工后,人才培训有新的进展,晋升国家级、部级专家3名,研究员级高级工程师4名,高级工程师、高级建筑师、高级经济师68名,中初级专业人员143名,引进大学生、研究生122名,全院科技队伍年龄结构、知识结构、专业结构有明显改善。 在培养科技人才方面之所以成效显著,其中一个重要因素,就是院党委牢固树立“尊重知识,尊重人才,学有所用,才有所展”的人才观,想方设法创造人尽其才、人才辈出的软环境和硬环境,激励科技人员献身铁路科研事业的主动性和创造性。
