通过对高强度螺栓用12CrNi9MoV钢进行淬火+二次淬火+回火(QQ’T)工艺的热处理,研究了氢在其中的扩散和陷阱行为以及该钢的氢脆敏感性,并与一般工程用钢40CrNiMoA进行了对比。结果表明,低碳高镍的12CrNi9MoV钢经QQ’T后具有良好的综合性能;相比于相同强度级别的40CrNiMoA钢,氢在12CrNi9MoV中具有较低的扩散系数;12CrNi9MoV钢抵抗氢致断裂的能力更强,该钢中存在的氢陷阱类型为位错和晶界;且在海水环境中,12CrNi9MoV钢的析氢倾向性更弱。
The diffusion and trapping behavior of hydrogen and the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of the steel were studied by quenching 12QrNi9MoV steel and heat treatment of secondary quenching and tempering (QQ’T) process for high strength bolts, and compared with general engineering Steel 40CrNiMoA was compared.
