习近平总书记在中央纪委五次全会上的重要讲话中指出,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争永远在路上,这是一场输不起的斗争,开弓没有回头箭。腐败行为是一个严重的社会问题,是腐败心理作用下的能动结果。学术界关于反腐倡廉的研究也从对腐败产生的外部原因开始转向对内部原因的探索,并提出大家所熟知的新概念——腐败心理。当前反腐倡廉建设需要我们以新的视角更加注重人心理灵魂的治本。
In his important speech at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the party’s work style of building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption will always be on the road. This is an irresistible struggle. Corruption is a serious social problem and is an active result of corrupt psychology. The academic research on combating corruption and building a clean government has also turned from the external causes of corruption to the exploration of internal causes and put forward the new concept familiar to all, that is, the corrupt psychology. The current construction of combating corruption and promoting clean government needs us to pay more attention to the root of people’s psychic soul with a new perspective.
