目的研究矮地茶总黄酮(FAJ)对CCl4诱发小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用化学方法提取FAJ,ip CCl4花生油建立急性肝损伤模型,测定药物对急性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6生化指标,并取肝组织做病理组织检查。结果 FAJ可抑制急性肝损伤小鼠血清中ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6的活性(P<0.05,P<0.01);病理检查结果也显示其对肝损伤也有明显的改善作用。结论 FAJ对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤有保肝作用,其机制可能与其抗炎作用有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of FAJ on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods Acute liver injury model was established by chemical extraction of FAJ and ip CCl4 peanut oil. The biochemical indexes of serum ALT, AST, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in acute hepatic injury mice were determined. Tissue examination. Results FAJ could inhibit the activity of ALT, AST, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 in acute liver injury mice (P <0.05, P <0.01) Improve effect Conclusion FAJ can protect liver from acute liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice, and its mechanism may be related to its anti-inflammatory effects.
