现代企业管理学把企业的全部生产经营活动归结为物流和信息流两大运动过程。所谓物流,就是以产品生产、经营为中心的各种“物”（包括劳动力、资金）的流通、周转。物流畅通,流量大,流速快,周转及时,企业生产经营效率就高,它是企业生产经营的基本活动。而信息流则是生产、经营活动过程中各种信息的传递流通。信息准确、及时,传递快,处理得当,就能保证和促进物流的畅通,它对企业生产经营起主导、支配作用。 现代企业管理理论把企业信息流提到突出的地位,这对于过去那种只要抓好“人、财、物、产、供、销”就可以管好企业的旧观念是巨大的进步。在现代科学技术和管理手段日新月异、商品更新加速、市场竞争剧增的条件下,企业由国家统包“产、销、运”的单纯生产型
