目的探讨人参皂甙(GS)对阿魏酸钠(SF)急性酒精中毒小鼠保护作用的影响。方法小鼠分别灌胃SF100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS50 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS 100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS150 mg/kg,连续给药12 d。末次给药后30 min均灌胃7.11 g/kg乙醇。记录小鼠翻正反射消失和恢复时间;处死动物,取肝测组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的活性。结果和模型组比较, SF能明显延长小鼠翻正反射消失时间,并提高ADH活性;联合用药大、小剂量组MDA含量均低于模型组。结论SF对急性酒精中毒小鼠有较好的保护作用,GS与SF联合用药不能有效增强SF的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of ginsenosides (GS) on the protective effect of sodium ferulate (SF) acute alcohol poisoning mice. Methods Mice were intragastrically administered SF100 mg/kg, SF100 mg/kg+GS50 mg/kg, SF100 mg/kg+GS 100 mg/kg, SF100 mg/kg+GS150 mg/kg for 12 days. At the end of 30 minutes after the last administration, 7.11 g/kg ethanol was intragastrically administered. The disappearance and restoration time of the righting reflexes were recorded in the mice; animals were sacrificed and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) were measured. Results Compared with the model group, SF could prolong the disappearance time of righting reflexes and increase the ADH activity. The MDA content in the large and small dose groups was lower than that in the model group. Conclusion SF has a good protective effect on mice with acute alcoholism. The combination of GS and SF can not effectively enhance the protective effect of SF.
