应用电视扫描技术,基于“在线存储”的工作原理,研制了这台自动扫描器。并根据α粒子径迹片的特点提高了电路性能。对线度大于3微米的α径迹,测量效率不低于70%,测量重复性好于2%。在给定测量边界内可分辨3600个均匀分布的粒子。本文对该自动扫描器的工作原理、系统结构与各部分工作做了较详细的叙述,并对光学照明技术与系统稳定性等问题进行了讨论,提出了进一步改进的意见。
Application of TV scanning technology, based on the “online storage” working principle, developed this automatic scanner. And according to the characteristics of α particle tracker to improve the circuit performance. For α tracks with a linearity greater than 3 μm, the measurement efficiency is not less than 70% and the repeatability is better than 2%. 3600 evenly distributed particles can be resolved within a given measurement boundary. In this paper, the working principle, system structure and the work of each part of this automatic scanner are described in detail. The problems of optical lighting technology and system stability are also discussed, and further improvements are put forward.
